09:47
Actress Anjali of 'Journey' and 'Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' fame on Saturday sustained an electric shock during the shooting of Tamil film 'Oor Suttri Puranam' at Thiruporur in Chennai.
The actress came in contact with a live wire while performing a scene. After offering first aid on the spot, she was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The shooting was called off for the day due to this unfortunate incident. Doctors who treated Anjali have assured that she is out of danger and the makers were hopeful that the shoot will resume soon.
Anjali shot to fame in Telugu with dubbed flick 'Journey and multistarrer 'SVSC'. Her next biggie 'Balupu' is opposite Raviteja. Wish our Telugu girl a speedy recovery!
